9th - 19th January 2008 A Series of Lectures by Seyed Mohammad Ghari Fatemi entitled “Universal Teachings of Qur’an” Seyed Mohammad Ghari Fatemi is a researcher in various Islamic disciplines including, Fiqh, Usul, Theology, Arabic, Logic, Philosophy and Qur’anic studies. Seyed Fatemi currently holds the posts of Head of the Department of Islamic Law at The Al-Mahdi Institute (Birmingham) and Associate Professor of Law, Shahid Beheshti University (Tehran). Programme 7:30pm Prayers 7:55pm Qur'an recitation 8:00pm Youth Speech 8:10pm Lecture, Q&A 9:15pm Matam & Ziyarat 9:30pm Refreshments On Sunday 13th January, the programme will start at 4.30pm with prayers. On Friday 18th January there will be an extended Question and Answer session. Du'a Kumayl will be recited on Thursdays. The Ashura day programme will be on Saturday 19th January.
